With her role on ''Heroes'' — as one half of a superpowered Honduran twin team — the ''X-Men'' veteran eagerly explores ''a different side'' of the comic-booky world she's knows well
Dania Ramirez is no stranger to having super powers; she s already flexed some enhanced muscles in X-Men: The Last Stand and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now, she takes on the role of Honduran refugee Maya Herrera, whose destructive powers land her on the run from the cops with her twin brother, Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz). See what else Ramirez thinks about taking a walk on the dark side, adding more subtitles to the Heroes world (Spanish speakers, rejoice!), and what she s learned from her past sci-fi gigs.
